Event ID: 134, time.windows.com,0x9上发生DNS解析错误

解决方法1：编辑注册表，在这项：HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters，右侧修改“NtpServer”的值为：ntp1.aliyun.com,cn.ntp.org.cn

解决方法2：Windows设置 => 日期与时间=> 关闭“自动设置时间”
